Mine is Ayah :D Well you take your tooth brush sprinkle a little bit of baking soda on it and then put a tiny bit of water on top and just brush and then, u just use the tooth paste and brush!!! :) and yayyy we have pretty teeth! avoid tea and coffeh my arab ass is always drinking tea tho so i brush extra hard -__-
